Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo. We never see your Google password. We do not ask for, and you should never enter, your NRIC/FIN.
• Your research — searches and questions you type, homes you track, journeys, notes, tags, statuses, and alert settings.
• Affordability profile — if you choose to use the affordability features: monthly income, monthly debt commitments, cash and CPF OA amounts, age, residency status, and how many properties you own. These are optional, self-declared, used only to compute your affordability, eligibility, stamp-duty and grant estimates, and never shared or sold. See "How we protect it".
• Clipped listings — when you use the clipper on a listing page, your browser sends us that page's content so we can extract the property facts (price, size, address, type). We keep the extracted facts and the listing URL, not the page itself.
• Waitlist — your email address if you join the Pro waitlist.
• Usage & cookies — a session cookie (to keep you signed in and count free searches) and first-party analytics events under a random identifier (which pages and features are used, so we can improve them). We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use it for

Running your account; returning and ranking search results; computing affordability/eligibility/valuation estimates; tracking and alerting on homes you save; answering your questions (see "AI processing"); sending service emails you've asked for (e.g. value alerts); improving the product; and — only if you separately opt in — product updates. We don't use your data for anything a reasonable person wouldn't expect from a property research tool, and we never sell it or give it to property agents, portals or advertisers.

Who processes it

We use these providers, each under contract, as data intermediaries: Google (sign-in), Akamai/Linode (hosting — your data is stored in Singapore), Cloudflare (security and delivery — traffic passes through its network), and Anthropic (AI processing, United States). When email alerts launch, an email delivery provider will be added here.

AI processing. Your search queries and questions, together with the property data needed to answer them, are processed by Anthropic's AI service in the United States under contractual protections comparable to Singapore's PDPA. We do not include your affordability profile in AI processing.

Where your data lives. Stored in Singapore. Some processing happens outside Singapore (Anthropic in the US; Cloudflare's global network) under contracts requiring PDPA-comparable protection.

How we protect it

Encryption in transit everywhere; the affordability profile is additionally encrypted at rest, excluded from analytics and logs, and access-restricted. No security is perfect; if a breach ever puts you at risk we will notify the PDPC and affected users as the PDPA requires.

How long we keep it

Account data: while your account exists. Ask [email protected] to delete your account and we'll remove your personal data (tracked homes, notes, profile) within 30 days, keeping only what we must for legal/operational records. Waitlist emails: deleted when Pro launches or on request. Clipped page content: processed for extraction, not retained. Anonymous analytics: kept in aggregate.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to: get a copy of your personal data and how it's been used or disclosed in the past year; correct it; withdraw consent (we'll explain what stops working); or complain. We respond within 30 days, or tell you in writing when we will.

Changes

We'll update this page and change the effective date; material changes will be flagged in-product.
